Training Zones Analysis
Instructions
- The AIS lactate test protocol is effective, though other protocols also work.
- Generally you should use a protocol with at least 4 minutes per interval, and span a wide range of intensities.
- Use Step #1 in Lactate Step Test Results to indicate baseline lacate and heart rate.
- For Erg Test Results, include at least two recent erg test results, preferably of varying distances.
- Include, or at least estimate, a 1k test result in the Erg Test Results section.
- Wait about 20 seconds after clicking analyze. (It's going to space. Can you give it a second to get back from space? Can you just wait? Can you just take a little breath?)
